4 October 2026 · 1 min read

From opening a Hacoo link to tracking your parcel: sizes, discount code, safe payment and delivery, explained step by step.

Buying on Hacoo is simple once you know the steps. This guide takes you from opening a link to receiving your order, and shows you how to save 14% on your first purchase with the code FIRST14OFF.

1. Find the product

On Hacoo Links we publish new Hacoo links every day, sorted by brand and category: sneakers, clothing, bags and accessories. Tap View on Hacoo and the product opens in the Hacoo app (or on the Hacoo website if you do not have the app).

2. Check the photos, size chart and reviews

Before adding anything to your cart, look at all the photos, the size chart and the reviews from other buyers. It is the best way to avoid surprises and returns.

3. Add to cart and apply the code

At checkout, enter FIRST14OFF or RIANNA14 in the coupon field to get 14% off your first order. Check that the discount appears in the total before you pay.

4. Choose a payment method with buyer protection

Pay with a method that offers buyer protection, such as PayPal or a credit card. If anything goes wrong with the order, you can open a claim.

5. Track your order

After paying, Hacoo gives you a tracking number in the app. Delivery time depends on the seller and the shipping method, so check the estimate on the product page before buying. Depending on your country, import taxes may be included at checkout; check the payment summary.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need the app to buy on Hacoo?

Hacoo works mainly through its mobile app. Our links open the product directly in the app if it is installed.

How do I choose the right size?

Always check the size chart of each product and the photos from other buyers. If you are between two sizes, read the reviews: they often say whether the item runs small or large.
