First of all: the deadline
You have a limited time after delivery to request a return (according to Hacoo’s conditions, 15 days from delivery). Do not leave it until the last day, and always check the current policy in the app because it can change.
How to request a return in the app
- Open the app and go to your profile.
- Find the refunds and returns section, or open the order.
- Choose the product and the reason.
- Add photos (and a video if you can) that show the problem.
- Send the request and wait for the reply with the instructions.
Tips to get it approved
- Record a video when you open the parcel, especially for expensive orders.
- Take clear photos of the label, the defect and the size.
- Explain the problem briefly and with facts (for example: “I ordered size 42 and the label says 40”).
Are Hacoo returns free?
