How long does Hacoo take?

Each Hacoo product is shipped by a different seller, so there is no single delivery time. The app shows the estimated date before you pay. As a guide:

• Usually between one and four weeks.
• During busy periods (Black Friday, Christmas, sales) it can take longer.
• If you buy several products, they may arrive in separate parcels on different days.

How much does shipping cost?

It depends on the order and the seller: the shipping cost appears in the cart before you pay. Hacoo often runs shipping promotions and offers for new users; check the coupons section of the app.

Taxes and customs

Import taxes depend on your country. For example, for orders to the European Union up to €150, VAT is usually charged at checkout, so in most cases there is nothing to pay on delivery. Always check the payment breakdown in the app.

Tracking your order

• Open the Hacoo app and go to your profile.
• Open My orders and choose the order.
• Check the tracking: you will see where your parcel is and, once it reaches your country, the local delivery company.

What if it does not arrive?

If the parcel is well past the estimated date, contact customer service in the app with your order number. If you paid with PayPal or a card, you can also open a claim with your payment provider.
